What I bring to Every Project:

I treat you and your family's story with the utmost respect and care.
This is an inclusive, safe space where everyone is welcome.
Your family history and personal details will never be shared with anyone. After your project is completed and any outstanding balance paid, I forward you the research findings and then destroy/delete the project at my end to ensure security.
I commit to only focusing on one project at a time. This means I can give your family history/research the attention and dedication it deserves.
Sometimes extra fees can occur as the research progresses (for example, the purchase of birth, marriage and death certificates). If this scenario occurs I ask your permission to proceed. Whereever possible, I exhaust every other avenue first but sometimes that purchased certificate may be the key to unlocking a wealth of family history.
Please note that while it is not possible to guarantee the outcome of a family history project - as this is the nature of historical research - I can promise that I will always research your ancestor's story with care, respect and dignity.
